It will come as no surprise that 2025 presented many challenges for Berkshire Grown. Early in the year, we were profoundly impacted by the federal government decision to cancel the Local Food Purchasing Assistance funding. The loss of government funding for this vital program hit hard, but with community support and passionate fundraising, we continued our work to keep farmers farming and feed hungry families.
