Berkshire Cider Project creates dry, sparkling hard cider inspired by the art, agriculture and community that makes our region so special. We partner with local orchards to source our apples and create custom juice blends. All of our ciders are slowly fermented and aged, sparkling, naturally gluten-free and contain zero sugar.
