Cornell University is hosting the 1st Annual Hudson Valley Added-Value Grains School in early February.

Featured speakers will be grain drying and storage specialist Dr. Keneth Hellvang of North Dakota State University and farmer Thor Oechsner of Oechsner Farms, a 1200-acre certified organic grain operation in Newfield, NY.
