Grants For Farms: Presentations by MDAR
Do you have a project to help your farm adapt to climate change or improve energy efficiency? Would you like to implement new conservation practices or upgrade your food safety measures? Are you a beginning or established farmer seeking business assistance and funds for capital improvements to help your business grow? The Massachusetts Department of Agricultural Resources (MDAR) offers a range of grant programs available for Massachusetts farmers. MDAR staff Melissa Adams and Mike Parker from the Farm Viability programs will provide an overview of state programs and information about the upcoming application process, to apply for the next round of grants.
Presentations will be made in North County as well as South County. Choose the location most convenient for you. Preregistration requested, $10 for Berkshire Grown members and $20 for non-members. Join or renew your Berkshire Grown membership here.
