Berkshire Whole Hog Dinner — be there — via film!

You can follow the fabulous Berkshire Grown member chefs as they prepare for the sold out “Berkshire Whole Hog Dinner” at the James Beard House in NYC on February 4th, 2011.

The participating chefs are: Chef Brian Alberg of The Red Lion Inn (Stockbridge, MA) pictured on left; Chef Nicholas Moulton of Mezze Bistro/Mezze Restaurant Group (Williamstown, MA); Chef/Owner Lester Blumenthal of Route 7 Grill (Great Barrington, MA); Chef Chris Amendola, Allium/Mezze Restaurant Group (Great Barrington, MA); Sous Chef Matthew Duley of The Red Lion Inn (Stockbridge, MA), and Chef/Owner Dan Smith of John Andrews (South Egremont, MA). Red Lion Inn Sommelier Dan Thomas selected the wines that accompany the dinner’s reception and six courses.

Jeffrey Kingman will be filming, twitting, posting on You Tube — everything about the culinary adventure from the Berkshires to NYC.  So don’t miss out even though you cannot be at the table itself, you can join in the experience!
