Berkshire Grown chefs will create a maple-inspired dinner on Monday March 23, at Cranwell Resort in Lenox, MA to celebrate maple sugaring season, the first harvest of the growing season, as a fundraiser to benefit Berkshire Grown and its Share the Bounty project.

Hors d’oeuvres, accompanied by a complimentary tasting of local beverages provided by No. Six Depot – coffee, Barrington Brewery, Berkshire Mountain Distillers Big Elm Brewing & M.S. Walker Wines, will begin at 6 pm. Dinner starts at 7 pm and a cash bar will be available

The Berkshire Eagle reports on the upcoming March Maple Dinner.

“Spring is in the air and so is the sweet smell of the first harvest of the season — maple syrup.

Join Berkshire Grown chefs as they create a farm-to-table menu to celebrate Berkshire County’s beloved syrup at the March Maple Dinner on Monday, March 23, at Cranwell Resort in Lenox. The dinner will benefit Berkshire Grown and its project, Share the Bounty, which buys shares in local farms for food pantries and community kitchens.”
